I have opened a can of worms here.... I have had private messages from fans of Fleetwood who have taken great offence at me comparing City to them If City lived within their earned income. It was a ridiculous comparison, Fleetwood are miles bigger.

Nothing would give me greater pleasure than Leicester winning it. We will just concentrate on catching the others now we have started playing a bit.
As for City, unlike Leicester, everyone holds them in complete contempt. What other club going into February and still in all four comps would completely undermine the manager by telling him he is sacked and announcing his successor. No wonder the team is falling apart in front of us. No class, no fans and no chance!!

That was a shame for the young kid Borthwick Jackson who had a great game. The other 3 defenders played the offside and he decided to stay in and played Costa onside. It is a pity also that it took the long shadow of the sack to convince LVG to play a more expansive game, the players look like they are enjoying it now and we would be a lot closer to Leicester if he had done it sooner.
Now then, City had a chance to go top yesterday with a win. They were playing the league leaders and had just announced the signing of one of the top managers in the World. The place should have been bouncing...... apart from the Leicester fans it was like a morgue and even emptier than usual. I watched on match of the day and couldnt believe the empty seats for such a big game. Maybe Chaddy has an explanation because I havent, save from the fact there is not very many of them to start with.

Nice to hear from you mate, I think we will leave that analysis to the experts souness and Henry who called it perfectly. The ball struck his arm that was tucked into his body, save from amputating his arm he couldnt have put it anywhere else. If the ball had struck his other arm which was held high in an unatural position then it would have been a pen.
We have had a couple of doings over at your place so that was as good as we have played at the bridge. I think a draw was a fair result as we dominated the play wheras you had good chances. LVGs tactical nounce has to be questioned though as it was quite obvious that we would come under the cosh in the last 10 minutes so Fellaini was the last player I would have taken off as he is invaluable when defending set pieces. To bring Depay on who has now been partly responsible for 3 goals against after coming on was naive to say the least. He misplaced a simple pass where we could have scored a second and Chelsea went right back up the field and scored your goal. Never mind, at least your ground was full unlike some others I could name.

They reported there was 54,000 there, but apart from the away section which was packed to the rafters and bouncing, the rest of the ground was half full. The trouble with trying to massage the attendance figures is that a little thing called TV cameras have been invented and everyone with eyes can see the place is half empty. I said last year that they could fill it if they gave the away team 20,000 tickets and that has proved correct. You are going to a proper club next week and there wont be a spare seat in the ground. Increasing the stadium size was a complete act of idiosy and wishful thinking.

The bad news just keeps on coming for the bitters, in the league table of games between the top six clubs (which Utd topped last season) City are rock bottom with 3 draws and 4 defeats from 7 games. 3 paltry points out of 21 available from their closest rivals.......Favourites for the title? my fat backside!!!

At one time you could give and take which is what football banter is all about, now you are just rude as well as arrogant. you are right though it is no fun having dialogue with the likes of you and when the fun goes out of it then it is time to call it a day.
