A very old mate (now sadly deceased) Gerry Ward, played for Arsenal, I knew ex Chelsea/SWFC/Wolves/Man U and Southampton player Jim McCalliog well, and I had the honour to spend time with Sir Bobby Charlton, who is a complete gentleman. Neil Warnock and I have been mates for years, he is a blade whilst I am an Owl, however I've never held his poor choice in football clubs against him.
I can't do with all this toy chucking, please leave me out of it.

Fellas,
That time of year again, top 6 predictions
1 Chelsea 2 Utd 3 City 4 Arsenal 5 Liverpool 6 Southampton (7 Spurs)
League cup winners Spurs
FA cup winners Utd.
CL winners; English clubs nowhere
Who could argue with that?

Chelsea are where Man U were when they were in their pomp, so number one for them.
Man C are not as good as Chelsea, but steal a march on the rest, therefore number two to them.
Louis van Gall has started to get his feet under the table, however he has only just started, the Man U in three years will be different to the current offering, having said that I can't see a fag paper between them and Arsenal, so third and fourth either way.
Southampton are the surprise package and should ensure fifth place, however I can envisage Liverpool getting shut of Rodgers and appointing Koeman for the start of next season.
Spurs are looking like a nailed on sixth, Liverpool will never catch them.
I quite fancy West Ham for the FA Cup.
Chelsea could win the League Cup with a weakened side.
As for the Champion's League,Chelsea can't stop scoring and hardly ever concede, a bit like Real Madrid, watch it be bloody boring Monaco.

Chaddy,
Pity the 'blue army' are not marching along with the team eh? more like the 'blue platoon'. I wonder at what juncture the obligatory FFP fine will kick in this year, what with the franchises all posting a massive loss around the world and the 'parent' club in Manchester' breaking even. What a joke! mind you this new Sky deal will enable you to improve your current BOGOF offer of two for the price of one match tickets that STILL doesnt fill the ground into 'everyone gets in free' tickets and that might just fill it........ if you shut half of the ground under the guise of stadium development.

Hepititus, you missed the word 'on' from the end of your post.
Isnt the FA cup just a brilliant competition, there are at least 5 hopefulls in the quarters who are thoroughly enjoying themselves and the 3 most successful and properly run clubs in English football history are still in there, Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal. Some history there eh fellas. Oh and the pretend bought and paid for so called big clubs/owners playthings are nowhere to be seen. Lovely jubbly.

Stop being cheeky dakey, even a Yorkshirman knows that on is an anagram of no.
My memories of my team's track record in the FA Cup is a loss to Everton and another to Arsenal. We fared a little better ib the League Cup with a loss against Arsenal and a victory against Man U in 1991.
Such is life.
