thanks for that Jeb, another diabolical call from officialdom left us with a mountain to climb and what a valiant effort by the 10 men, however, With a team packed full of internationals the winning goal was joke defending. To leave their most dangerous player unmarked in ten yards of space was bad enough, but to then have nobody on the post for a corner was criminal, you get taught that at school and if someone was there it would have been a hack clear despite the shot being well hit. So because of that I am not complaining too much.
We must have somehow really upset the referees guild, however, because these continuous match changing decisions against us are getting beyond a joke now. Although I must confess, when we benefited from one such decision in the Carling Cup Final I couldn't stop laughing either.

Who'd of thought you complainin about referee's????? The person on the post though would have been Rafael. Van der Saar should have sorted it out. Was in the bath listenin to the whinging phone in. Wish we were workin together tomorrow it would have been fun. Karl and Chris are too easy to wind up.
A West Ham fan talked about Fergies worst ever bit of business on 5 live, Berbatov for Tevez. Taking any goals away, he does more running in 5 mins than Berbatove does in 3 months. You never closed the ball in the second half. Van Bommel should have gone for secomd foul and Ferdinand gave penalty away as last man which the ref bottled.
Carricks form is as bad as Shauny Wrights at the moment. Lots to play for still.

Typical Germans.............. erm nope, they didn't beat the English team on pens this time !
Suppose we'll never ever ever ever see a Manure player surrounding the ref (can't say i've seen it happen before whilst wearing my Wenger specs) after a bad tackle on Saint Giggsy Wiggsy ever ever ever again after those comments............. lets face it, SAF maybe a whinging sourpuss but he's not hypocritical or a poor loser is he ?

Hi Dave,
Cant believe that Karl or Chris would be anything but unbiased and objective, just like me. That was the point I was making about the near post, one of the many internationals should have sorted it, never mind the bad marking! Schoolboy defending. With 11 men on though we would have coasted that game, the first booking for the kid is the one that annoys me most, he is attacking with the ball trying to get a cross in, gets fouled and ends up with a yellow card. We have not got the monoply on piss poor officials after all. Still, all water under the bridge now, as you say, all to play for, still got a chance of two out of the three domestic pots. Onwards and upwards. hopefully see you soon, say hello to the boys if you can find them between skiving.

Dakey,
I was kind of willing Utd on last night as the other team were typicaly too "GERMAN"!!! Another bad result for the premiership but to be fair in terms of semi's and finals we've had it too good for too long. The young fullback cost you bad I think, you'd of got through 11 v 11 but the ref was 100% correct to send him off. As for the gooners we played better but were still not anywhere near Barcelona. If Messi had not played it may of been a different story as they only had 6 shots on target and 4 of em registered. Still we were beaten by a better team with the best player I've seen since Maradona. Massive spend required now from Arsene but I doubt he'll do it. We have a nice long rest before we play that rabble down the road, hopefully we'll get some players back from injury to help put em to the sword!!
Shampers, Jeb, City Dave and Co you can stop laughing now!!
All the best
Jay

Hi fellas,
Nearly all over now, It would be some collapse now from Chelsea to throw it away, but even though we have got what we deserve I am afraid I cannot let it go without commenting on the lamentable performances of match officials. How can anyone who professes to be impartial and honest fail to give those two stonewall penalties for Bolton last night? It beggars belief and they just keep on doing it. I will sign off now as people will think I am a sore loser. On a final note as well as officials, the modern football manager baffles me, Benitez is the worst for it but Sir Alex is not far behind, can someone explain why he rested players against Blackburn with only 5 games to go and nothing else to play for, because for the life of me I cannot fathom it out.

We aint quite given up yet but if we don't do what we should tonight it's over.
Come on you Gooners
