I am just going to have to take it on the chin and laugh along with you ABUs until our luck turns and players get match fit in time for our CL assault.
I knew the Moyesiah would go on to break records Chaddy and that is some collection already!

Kock knock, have i missed anything unsual over the last few days ? Been on the razz in Liverpool
Dakey, i think ''relatively poor'' compared to SAF is stretching the hopefulness a bit too far as once he'd sorted out the non performing mess he inherited he delivered something like 23 consecutive years of top 3 finishes 22 of which were top 2, Moyes did not inherit the mess SAF inherited, but he's making a right old mess out of it. Meanwhile your money printing machine can afford anyone they want to subject to the Double Glazers giving up some management fees, interest and divis.
Question marks over your goal from yesterday. The Stoke defender went for the ball as Wellbeck was stood behind him in an offside position, his half clearance went to Mata, yes Mata and Van Persil were not offside but the ref/lino should have ruled Wellbeck off as he intereferred with play from an offside position ....... a grey area as we know, but way more offside than the goal not given for Newcastle against City.
Give me a Dakey view on your squad (stay or go), all the reds i speak to agree that last year you got the luck in the same games that this year you aren't, and you had Van Persil available for a full season (which has never happened before so was luck as well - this season with him is normal service). They knew that last season could have looked the same as this or vice versa, SAF must have realised this but did nothing about it, the DGs must have been delighted for such a return for so little investment.
And finally, the teams that do most of the attacking get most of the luck, the better you are the luckier you seem to get ......... you should know that, you got the decisions for 23 years under SAF, that's why it's so funny now that you're not a) coz your team is now shite and b) coz SAF has gone and the refs ain't scared of Dithering Dave

Shampers,
And your point is???
There are multiple resons why we are now losing tight games where once we were winning them.... injuries to key players is one, change of manager is one with players who were perhaps overperforming for the great man now under performing for the new man. A change in luck definately as everything seems to go tits up now as the lads try harder to put it right. The manager getting rid of all the backroom staff right away is definately another big factor. One thing is cast iron certain though, this period will pass very quickly in football terms and we will soon be back in our rightful place at the pinnacle. In the meantime, I will have a little chuckle at all the ABU funnies that are now doing the rounds as actually most of them are very creative and football humour and banter is what makes the world go round.

I predict a very difficult task this afternoon against a resurgent eagles but hopefully Super Santi and Thomas Rosicky will be able to open em up. If all goes well it'll be the gooners top later and with a 19th century performance from Jose (what a twat) up at citeh tomorrow it could all work out nicely. Jay

George,
Yes RVP is going back to Arsenal......just like Rooney was nailed on to go to Chelsea and Mata was nailed on to stay at Chelsea. When the press have nothing to talk about they make something up, its as old as the hills. Think about it, he left Arsenal to win things, which he has done and will again. Lets just say the gunners dont manage to win the league or anything else. He would then go back to a team that has still not won anything which is the reason he left in the first place. Sounds a bit silly doesnt it mate.
Can someone fill me in with the details of any Terry like offences he is supposed to have committed as I have missed that one.

Good to see City's not so transparent attempts to beat FFP rules are coming under scrutiny. If the rumours are true they must think the rest of the world is stupid! Come on kick em out!

there are some really cruel people out there, I heard a cat screaming outside my house, when I opened the door to investigate I am ashamed to say five blokes wearing man utd shirts were knocking it around playing football with it. I was just about to call the rspca when the cat went 1-0 up!

On the wAy home from the grove with 40 quid more in pocket than when I left thanks to a very comfortable two nil against a resolute palace with excellent and very loud fans. Fair play hope they stay up.
Now for tomorrow do i want citeh to smash that tiny gobby mob from the west side or do I want the bus parking masters to do a job on the mob from mosque-side?? Decisions decisions!!! I'd like citeh to smash them ***T's and give us a nice 5 point gap and turn it into a 2 horse race or a draw and we stay stay top with a nice 2 point lead....umm I just cant decide.
W A T O T L
And we are solvent!!! xx

Well done Jay. Hope your lads keep it up! A deserved win today. Apparently Jose's bus is on it's way up the M6 so not sure it'll be worth watching tomorrow. Can't wait to see who the officials back as it'll be another sign of who will try to spend more to beat your guys...

Jay,
Your manager has got a strange transfer policy going on there, first he refuses to spend anything for years, then finally spends big on one marquee player, but this latest loan one has got me stumped. He is a spartak moscow player and has a small fracture somewhere in his back. Spartak have kindly offered to pay half his wages while he is injured. So that means Arsenal are paying half someones wages who cant play as he is injured and they knew he was injured before he signed! Now that is a strange one, it sounds like something the clowns running City would do.

Could be worse Jay, he could have blown £27m on a Belgian who looks and plays like a clown ...... It's a Knockout
Wonder what odds i'll get on the 4 or more bet tomorrow, Spuds, Arse & Manure all good payouts so far

If anyone can get 4 past the 19th centurions then its citeh. Good luck with that though as I think your need a pneumatic drill and a wrecking ball. Still can't make up mind on the best result......maybe an unexpected terrorist attack on an oil pipeline!! Yes that's it I've decided. Ps done my hard earned on the broncos :( ;)

The best team george, is the one thats top at any given moment. That means after tonight it will be either Arsenal or City. In case it has escaped me even a Chelsea win would not sit you at the pinnacle. Now, given the amount of money that you and City have spent (that you have not generated through club activities) It is a small miracle that the gunners (and Utd previously) are above you both. So I would amend your comment slightly to "the two most expensively formed, with owners money, small clubs in football history"
There, that would be about correct now.
Shampers, I have a sneaking feeling that Fellainis injury was the best thing that could have happened to him and when he comes back playing he will be the player we knew he could be and people like you will look a tad silly.(if I was moyes though I would tell him he is not kicking another ball until he has a short back and sides and begins to look like a serious footballer.)
