N S R by team time?? what does that mean Jay.
Young Martial has been compared to Henry and I have to say that is ridiculous.....When did Henry score a goal that good? and on his debut and still a teenager. I think £36 million is a snip!
The PL is hotting up now, City are setting a hot pace, with Utd and Arsenal trying to hang on to the coat tails. Meanwhile, at the other end the north east clubs are locked in a titanic relegation dogfight with Chelsea and Spurs with Liverpool not far off being dragged in. That will not be pretty as the season unfolds. Jose looks under pressure to me, this is the worst defence of a title ever, even worse than Moyes effort and he got sacked. The clubs doctor also wants her day in court as well and rightly so for the unjust abuse she was subjected to. Not so special now George is he?

Well its CL week again and it is nice to be back. Meanwhile over at the good old emptierhad Audrey has been tasked with improving Citys laughable record in the competition but that is not the only problem. Another one is the half empty stadium which is even worse now it is bigger. Credit to the owner he has attacked this problem from a number of angles. Some free tickets is one solution, buying season ticket holders a house is another. Then increasing the away supporters allocation to 28,000 has also made a dent in it. They have now approached local clothiers with a proposal that they supply tailors dummies to sit in the empty seats kitted out in their clothing lines as a free form of advertising provided they have a city scarf on. Finally, thinking outside the box, they have asked supporters forums for their ideas to fill the remaining 15,000 seats that the previously described measures fail to fill.
Me, personally I think it would be a lot easier to hurl a few glass bottles onto the opposition players heads and have the ground closed to fans as a punishment. It would save a hell of a lot of effort and embarassment.

at least one english club can held its head up high in europe, the usual one.
little anecdote the 2 best perfermances in europe came from the 2 clubs with the most loan players out. juve have over 50 players on loan, one of the cfc players on loan was bruma who was MOM against man u. one to watch for future.

Well fellas,
A summary of week one CL is that Utd were extremely unlucky and the victim of both a fluke result and a travesty of justice. How Morena and the two officials with a good view are not starting prison terms today I will never know and to compound it he scores the first.
Arsenal were also a bit unfortunate in that Giroud gets sent off for those two minor misdemeanors while someone who snaps someones leg to bits gets off scot free.
good win for Chelsea but they were at home against weak opposition.
And finally, something to laugh at. City get beat by the team at the BOTTOM of the Italian league so are behind the 8 ball already. The usual path to qualifying is to win your home games and draw one of the away games and 10 points is usually enough, so no need for anyone to panic yet.......except the bitters who have lost a home game to a crap team. Bring on the next round of games.

As usual Dakey Lad with duff gen yet again.
Good luck sorting out a left back for the rest of the season!!
On another laughable note:
A fans' group has criticised Manchester United's decision to pay majority shareholders the Glazers £16m a year.
Shareholders will receive 0.045 cents (£0.03) per share each quarter, the first dividend since United floated on the US Stock Exchange in 2012.
The Glazer family, which owns 83% of United shares, will receive $24.5m (£15.79m) annually.
"This is rubbing salt into the wound," said Manchester United Supporters' Trust vice-chairman Sean Bones.
"Profits from the club should go back into it."
What a bunch of gullible mugs they are down the indebted Swamp!

Chaddy,
In the same article if we finish at least 3rd and CL quarters we will be the first English club to earn over £500 million in a single season and very likely earn more than Real Madrids record of £513 million. I think with a business model like that then our shareholders are entitled to a little dividend. Unlike your sorry lot who dont even have your own ground. If your owner gets fed up and packs up your little club is bankrupt!! Never mind we mancunians can use the stadium as a reception point for asylum seekers, at least then it might get full up!

George, you have got a new thug to step into Terrys shoes. Costa got away with blue murder mate. No wonder Jay has gone silent he must be hopping mad.
Meanwhile, LVG has imposed Martial law down at the theatre.
Have you nothing to say Chaddy?

Bad day at the office but it's nice to be able to lose and still be top of the league dont you think?
Flash in the pan at Ushited will burn out and Rooney is a spent force.
Not impressed with Costas tactics down the Bridge either but I suppose if you not scoring you do what you think you need to do to get fellow pros sent off.
Agree with Wenger about Costa, he is a tad disgraceful...

George,
I think the fact that none of the four of you got past the last 16 last year in the most lamentable CL performance by our clubs ever has also got a little bit to do with us maybe losing our 4th place mate.
Chaddy, While you have an easy month coming up, We have Arsenal, Everton and Palace away and City at home and a CL away game in Moscow all in October. If we are still in contention after that little lot we will walk it.
