I will give you that, you are probably in the position you are going to finish in.....second! AGAIN! Bloody hell as if its not enough refs falling all over themselves to give you dodgy decisions every week, even the goal line technology has been rigged in your favour!
Fear the worst today with so many top players out but hope for the best. Just one little point over refs decisions, Ashley Young has been out now since the studs up late tackle by the Spurs keeper that the useless Webb decided was not a sending off and penalty, in fact he decided it wasnt even a foul!

We cruised through yesterday's game with Fulham and we simply have to keep beating the teams we would with the greatest respect hope to be beating. It'll probably come down to the head to heads over the next couple of months but it would be nice if the likes of Liverpool Spuds and utd take a few points off the sugar daddy teams. Utd don't look likely at the moment though after that 1st half unfortunately. Jay

I am stuck on a Oil Rig in the Danish sector and finished early to watch the match and all the Danes have got Handball on the telly. They tell me it is much more popular than football over here. I then went on Sky score centre to find that washed up has been Eto has got a hat trick despite our patched up team playing them off the park apparently. We need to get our two strikers back on the pitch in time for the League cup final (hopefully) and the CL knock out stages. We can then put a spoke in the bitters trophy chase at Wembley and the gunners can wrap up the league, Barca will sort them out as well so they better hope they keep up the tradition of drawing lower league clubs in the FA cup and swerve the likes of Wiogan in the final.

not sure fido enjoyed seeing a chelsea forward score a hattrick. . well don eto great hattrick.
sometimes better be quiet about lack of goalscoring forwards as that sort of thing can come back to haunt you!

Bit of frustration creeping in as we are getting no luck at the moment as well as crucial injuries. Never mind it is nothing that a nice CL and league cup double wouldnt put right.

Heres one for you, ICI Blackley were a local team in the Industrial 'A' Division in Manchester in the 80s. They played a City all stars team in a charity match and this is the combined team photo. how many of the old blue shite can you name? The little fat one in the back row is not Franny Lee it is an old mate of mine Stevie Jenkins, liked a pie but was a fabulous footballer, run rings around your bunch of stiffs on the day.

Could Jose be about to pull out another masterstroke by selling the unwanted mata for 40 million nice ones to utd who they no longer consider a rival in the hope that like lakuka at everton he can help take points of the closer rivals.
makes sense and of course ill now be cheering on utd when they play the teams above them( too many to mention).
interesting story in the papers today about how utd may have to come back early from their pre season tour at the end of the season to prequalify for the europa league.

In the 21 years of the CL we have been discounted as contenders in a couple of seasons but 13 titles to us and 9 (inc this season) to EVERYONE else tells its own story on just who the REGULAR top contenders are. And as for starting early, since when have the CL winners ever had to qualify for Chelseas favourite losers cup? and anyway, we would already have qualified as a back up default position in case we get another bent Turkish ref by winning the league cup

I need some advice, I have just been told that the flights to Manchester from Billund in Denmark are all full tomorrow (must be all flying in for the match) and my work travel organiser has had to book me on a flight to London City (they were all empty) and then a train up to Manchester. not being a local London boy the advice I need is how do I avoid the Romanian pick pocket gangs without inadvertantly bumping in to the aggresive beggars of the various nationalities that inhabit our glorious capital city these days? Any help would be much appreciated.(lol)
