Vast improvement by your lot today Dakey, no doubt Burnley will be disappointed that they missed an opportunity at home to a mid table side on the slide to take 3 points.
How much ?

Lots of people moaning today in the pub about dropping 2 points at to lower table opposition at home.... the burnley fans not happy at home you need to collect all 3 points. Utd fans I think happy to double their total as playing away to a team in the same part of the table.!!!!!!
Chaddy Chaddy Chaddy.
Today had the pleasure of being with you in the pub watching the mighty Potters take all 3 at your fortress.. Lads ? Ladies it dont get much better he was lost for words a rare rare occurrence.
relax hoping but Chelski up 1 - 2 so a little bit of reality setting in but even so SUPER SAT that for sure>

BREAKING: Arsenal are unable to get hold of Arsène Wenger in Rome as he is refusing to pay for data roaming.
Apparently he has gone to ref a charity match. So much for a new striker after getting snubbed by Remy.

In the words of the highly respected Jamie Redknapp " Utd are the new Galacticos" George, you are going to need every one of that 7 point cushion mate. You are right though we have been very poor, especially at the back but we have had no less than 5 stonewall penalties refused by 3 seperate refs in 3 games and with those awarded we would be joint top and thats before our new signings have even laced their boots up. This is a good time for an international break as far as we are concerned and I think we will see a different animal at the theatre on the resumption of hostilities...... Have I mentioned a well done to Mark Hughes and his Stoke warriors yet?
As much as I loved Wellbeck for other attributes, being a striker was not one of them. He couldnt hit a Cows arse with a banjo! good luck with that one then Jay and Neil. £16 million for him and only 6 million up front for Falcao! bloody hell, Woodward is a financial Genius!!

dakey i havent seen one stonewall pen, as for the young pen, take a very close look, he was diving through the air to catch a flaying leg- he is the worst cheat in the pl and you know it. glad the refs have finally sussed him, be very surprised if he gets another pen. glad to see you not moaning about the money being splashed about this year though-wonder why! anyway you just keep that back 5 and we will keep laughing!

George,
City have hardly signed anyone and are offloading as they are under FFP sanctions. That has stopped them in their tracks. If they only spent what they earned they wouldnt be able to pay the kit man. Chelsea on the other hand are trying to stay within the rules and I commend you for it, although paying 50 million for a striker then letting him go for nothing wont keep you in the black for long. We can spend twice what we have just done and wont even get a phone call questioning it because we earn every penny as a club, no sign of owners cash anywhere, in fact the opposite, our owners are milking us but they are now providing funds for the manager so it bodes ill for everyone else. Onwards and most definately upwards!

good article here dakey about a players true worth. I think your desperation for last minute deals to shore up a poor start has made your lot pay way over the odds.
Chelsea's deal to get rid of torres for nothing is good value as the club will save 175k a week so thats 16 mio over 2 seasons so a decent recoup me thinks!
Rooney at 300k a week is looking poor value. Im glad we missed out on that one!
Anyway good luck in your relegation battle mate.

George,
You paid 50 million for Torres and Milan get him for nothing but wages on a 2 year deal, Who is the winner there mate?
Monaco paid 50 million for Falcao, We get him for a song on a loan deal, who is the winner there mate?
Let me remind you that your current flavour of the month Costa was Falcaos' understudy at Athletico.
We are in a win win with the option to buy, If he flops we dont have to buy, if he excells then we just buy him (with earned income). Best bit of business in the window, with our other five not far behind and the icing is getting 16 million for Wellbeck, the striker with two left feet!
