If just about getting past two promoted basket cases who are going straight down again is 'looking strong' then good luck with that mate.
We have half a squad injured and the four players bought, Shaw, Herrara, Rojo and now Di Maria are all young top class players and purchased on earned income with not a owners 'bung' anywhere in sight. Once the injured players are fit and the signings are bedded in we will be there in the mix and it will only get better and better, so make the most of our very temporary short term problems while you can.
You question where Di Maria will play, well he can play as a winger, wing back or centre mid. Shaw can play full back of wing back, Herrera is Centre mid and Rojo Centre half or full back or wing back. It seems to me that those 4 players alone give a flexibiltiy around about 6 or 7 different positions and thats what LV Genius wants, flexible class players who are not restricted to one position for his 'total football' philophosy.

Citeh looked very good last night against the mickey's and jovetic impressed me a lot.
Chelski need to play good side yet but so far as I predicted it's looking like a two horse race unless we spend some more especially as Giroud maybe out for three months with a crack in his ankle. Makes tomorrow night's game massive now.
Got away with a tatical error on saturday playing that team/formation against a big strong Everton midfield and defence was riddiculous and to his credit Arsene made a quick and vital decision to change things around at half time. Just a shame for us that Giroud got hurt so late on in the game.
Dakey you have a liverpool circa 1993 look about you and to be honest I'm surprised; I expected better from you especially from the two games that you have played. I predicted a swift return to the top four but I'm fast thinking that's bollox.
Decisions to me made and quickly after tomorrow evevning's game. Me and the dustbins looking forward to our first visit this season.

Most of the time mate I respect your opinion, but have a think about it, We have EIGHT players out injured and the four new signings have hardly kicked a ball in training never mind a game. I am not saying at this moment that we have our best team ever, far from it but give it a little time to get everyone bedded in and fit again, then we will see where we stand in the pecking order and there wont be that many above us I am certain of that.

How much did that team cost? What a waste of money, shocking, disgraceful, thank God the ref didn't award the nailed on penalty to MKD as well, it could have been 'embarrassing'.
Jay - they look nothing like Liverpool of 93, they look more like City of 98, squad getting bigger and bigger and full of lazy has beens or never wills on good money and long contracts............ LMFAO indeed.
They can now concentrate on weekend football till at least January, so with all those fantastic players due back then anything less than top 4 will be abject failure, especially given the attempt to buy the league by the Mad King TiT running loose in the sweetshop with the DGs wallet ........... running scared, very scared.
Dakey - irony, i like it, but look at the wages and cost of those 'players' ...... disgraceful performance, you should be ashamed of them and the club given it's a pot you could have had a go at seen as you're not in Europe this season or next.

I must admit Shampers, picking a team mixed with kids and players on their way out of the club surprised me somewhat, but I will wait for the bigger picture to unfold.....very soon hopefully
